"Rise and have no fear " (Matthew 17:7)
This Sunday February 14th is Transfiguration Sunday. The moment when Jesus reveals to his disciples his divine nature. The quote above is when Jesus comes down to the disciples after the cloud overcomes them and says "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased, listen to him." (Matthew 17:5) .
As we recognize again the divine nature of Jesus we also prepare for Lent as Ash Wednesday ( the beginning of Lent) is February 17th. We will have Ash Wednesday services at 7pm that evening.

We realize the Covid crisis has created many economic hardships, as well as opportunities. Our Lord invites us to offer back to Him a portion of what He has given so the work of the Gospel might continue and grow. The bills still need to be paid, but we give as we are blessed, in thanksgiving and grateful praise. If you can't give, God bless you, and if you have needs let us know how we may help.
